海外配送について（International Shipping）

当ショップでは、日本国外への直接発送は行っておりません。
海外在住のお客様は、転送サービスをご利用ください。

■ ご利用方法

海外配送をご希望の場合は、tenso.com(https://www.tenso.com/jp)等の転送サービスにご登録いただき、発行される日本国内住所をご注文時の配送先としてご指定ください。

商品は当ショップより、指定された日本国内住所へ発送いたします。
その後の海外配送は、転送サービス事業者よりお客様へ行われます。

■ 配送の流れ

  1. 転送サービスに登録
  2. 日本国内住所を取得
  3. 当ショップで注文（配送先に日本住所を入力）
  4. 商品が転送業者へ到着
  5. 転送業者より海外へ発送

■ 送料・関税について

以下の費用はお客様のご負担となります：

  • 転送サービス利用料
  • 海外送料（国・重量により変動）
  • 関税・輸入税・付加価値税（VAT等）

※関税の有無や金額は各国の制度により異なります。

■ 配送責任について

当ショップの配送責任は、転送サービス指定の日本国内住所へのお届け完了までといたします。

転送サービス利用後の以下の事象について、当ショップでは責任を負いかねます：

  • 海外配送中の紛失・破損
  • 配送遅延
  • 関税・輸入トラブル

■ 返品・交換について

返品・交換は、日本国内住所からの返送に限り対応いたします。
海外からの直接返送は受け付けておりませんのでご了承ください。

■ 注意事項

  • ご注文確定後の配送先変更は対応できない場合があります。
  • 転送サービスの利用方法や料金については、各サービス提供会社へ直接お問い合わせください。
  • 商品によっては、配送制限（食品・電池等）がある場合があります。

International Shipping

We do not offer direct international shipping.

Customers residing outside Japan are requested to use a forwarding service.

■ How to Use

If you would like your order shipped overseas, please register with a forwarding service such as tenso.com and use the Japanese domestic address provided by the service as your shipping address when placing your order.

Your order will be shipped from our shop to the designated Japanese address.
After that, the forwarding service provider will handle the international delivery to your address overseas.

■ Shipping Process

  1. Register with a forwarding service
  2. Obtain a Japanese domestic address
  3. Place an order on our shop (enter the Japanese address as the shipping address)
  4. The package arrives at the forwarding service
  5. The forwarding service ships the package internationally

■ Shipping Fees and Customs Duties

The following costs are the responsibility of the customer:

  • Forwarding service fees
  • International shipping fees (vary depending on destination and weight)
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and VAT

Please note that customs duties and taxes vary depending on the destination country.

■ Responsibility for Delivery

Our responsibility for delivery is limited to the successful delivery of the package to the Japanese domestic address provided by the forwarding service.

We are not responsible for the following after the package has been handed over to the forwarding service:

  • Loss or damage during international shipping
  • Delivery delays
  • Customs-related issues

■ Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are only accepted if the item is shipped back from within Japan.

We do not accept returns shipped directly from overseas.

■ Notes

  • Shipping address changes after order confirmation may not be accepted.
  • Please contact the forwarding service provider directly regarding their service usage and fees.
  • Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions (e.g., food products, batteries, etc.).

本店將商品寄送至指定的日本國內地址，之後由轉運服務業者負責將商品寄送至台灣。

  3. 於本店下單（填寫日本地址）
  4. 商品送達轉運公司
  5. 由轉運公司寄送至台灣

■ 運費與關稅

以下費用需由顧客自行負擔：

  • 轉運服務費

  • 關稅、進口稅及相關稅費

※關稅與稅費依台灣相關法規而定。

■ 配送責任範圍

本店的配送責任僅限於商品成功送達轉運服務指定之日本國內地址。

商品交由轉運服務後，如發生以下情況，本店恕不負責：

■ 退貨與換貨

退貨與換貨僅限於從日本國內寄回。
